I will draft a Retail Shop Lease for you for NSW. Fee is $660.

What you need to do:-

Complete the relevant Form providing details;
Provide copies of any relevant document such as existing Lease & any existing agreement;
Provide feedback for revisions & amendments; and
Pay for the Mortgagee's consent & production fee and the LPI registration fee.

Draft your Disclosure Statement and Lease document;

Accommodate several revisions;

Answer your questions by email;

Provide the first draft of your document within 3 business days;

Lodge the lease for registration;

Deliver your document by email with instructions on signing it & witness requirements.
