We are located in Sydney and focus on the Family Court and Various Courts in the city, Parramatta and south of Sydney. We also travel throughout the State & ocasionally interstate. The Solicitors have a hands on approach and usually answer the phone directly, clients have our mobile numbers and we are available 24/7.
Costs are very competitive & we bill as the matter progresses so there are no nasty surprises. We do fixed price conveyancing for residential properties and will often quote and charge fixed prices for stages of litigation.
We do not usually do personal injury matters but we do almost everthing else.
Focus is on Conveyancing, Crime, Children's Crime, Family Law, Defamation, Civil Litigation.
We accept Legal Aid matters.

DAVID LEAMEY
David was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a Legal practitioner on 19th April 1996 after 20 years of commercial experience in Banking, Finance & Insurance. He worked at Abbott Toutt for 2 years and then estabished his own practice.
He went to the NSW Bar in 2006 and after working overseas in 2008 resumed practice as a Barrister in January 2009 and then as a Solicitor and Barrister in April 2009, licensed by the NSW Law Society.In July 2011 David's practice was incorporated and he thereafter practised with Monica McKenzie for 3 years then unincorporated the practice as at 30/6/2014. David then returned to sole practice.
